The Green Conformation Hunters started Week 4 at the CN Winter Equestrian Festival presented by Zimmerman Advertising in the Grand Hunter Ring Wednesday at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

Quintin, ridden by Havens Schatt, held the lead in both over fences rounds as well as in the Under Saddle. Havens of Ocala, Fla. and the six-year-old chestnut gelding owned by Tracy Scheriff of Ramsey, N.J. held the high score of 86 in the first round and the high winning score of 88 in the second round.

"He was very good," Havens said. "He was really consistent the first two weeks. I gave him last week off and I guess he liked the week off because he came back great today."

Trailing close to Havens in the first round with a score of 85, to take second place, was the seven-year-old black Hanoverian gelding, Riesling, owned by Sharon Enteen of Atlanta, Ga. and shown by Kelly Mullen of Franklin, Tenn.

Second place in the second trip, who was moved up in the conformation judging, was the seven-year-old grey gelding, Daquiri, owned by Barbara Goldberg of Franklin, Michigan and ridden by Tammy Provost of Westfield, Ind. Daquiri and Tammy were also awarded second place in the Under Saddle.
